Variants

• Serve - Start the Brokkr Broker server

• Create - Create new entities

• Rotate - Rotate keys

• GeneratePak - Mint a PAK + hash pair offline for day-zero admin bootstrap

  Generates a key and its hash without contacting the database or writing a key file. Set the printed hash as BROKKR__BROKER__PAK_HASH before the first startup and keep the printed PAK as the admin credential.

• Agent - Create a new agent

  The agent is always registered with the system generator (fleet scope), matching POST /api/v1/agents. Registration is the consent boundary: an agent only receives stacks from generators it is registered with.

• Generator - Create a new generator
